With construction innovation, fire stopping solution safety can be improved from design to handover. The special requirements on design and installation procedure in achieving productivity and quality when encountering MiC projects are introduced. With BIM integration, design can be implemented easier with more information available in BIM. Clash analysis with application-based fire assessment examples are demonstrated in the talk. BIM can also provide better collaboration from designer to contractor in order to facilitate the installation. The showcase on design and installation recording will be introduced. With digital project management platform, the inspection and handover of firestop solution can be more comprehensive.
